Lady Gaga‘s 2016 album “Joanne” has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, becoming her fourth album to reach the musical milestone. “The Fame Monster,” “The Fame,” and “Born This Way” have also been certified platinum by the RIAA, and the latter two had also become multi-platinum albums.
Gaga’s Instagram post about the certification included a shout-out to her hatmaker and her friends Bella, Gigi and Yolanda Hadid.

Lady Gaga recently postponed the European leg of her “Joanne” tour due to extreme physical pain and has rescheduled those dates for 2018. Her documentary, “Gaga: Five Foot Two,” hit Netflix earlier this month. Lady Gaga spent this past weekend performing at the One America Appeal telethon, which featured the five living ex-presidents, to raise money for hurricane relief.
