Workers at a shop in Walton-on-the-Naze have been left shaken after an armed robbery this morning.
A man entered Tesco Express on the High Street with a knife, before threatening staff and making demands.
No-one was hurt but he got away with cash and tobacco.
Police want to identify the man pictured above.
